“Taking Flight” Chocolate Bar Series

One cacao bean alone is similar in appearance to an almond, it might be bitter or astringent, and has a subtle chocolate flavor.
When planted, it takes root and gives life to a new generation of cacao.
If you take that bean, combine it with other beans, ferment and dry them, roast and melange and temper them, they are elevated into a smooth, beautiful, nuanced chocolate bar.
