Bite Size Truffle Making Workshop & Tasting
Looking for a hands-on experience and don’t mind getting your hands – well, chocolatey? Join us as we teach you to make ganache and you roll your own truffles! While your ganache is setting, journey through the story of chocolate with us, tasting your variety of unique chocolate samples. Includes shelf stable ingredients to make ganache, 3 ingredients for rolling truffles, 2 varieties of cacao beans and 6 samples of chocolate, as well as our tasting wheel and customized tasting placemat. Plan for 90 minutes of making and tasting chocolate!
