Cacao Pod: from fruit to chocolate


You’ve probably heard that chocolate is a fruit, and while that is partially true (chocolate is made from the seed of the fruit!) now is your time to fully explore this magical fruit that makes our favorite treat.

Join us for this one-of-a-kind hands on workshop! This 90 minute experience includes samples of cacao pulp soda and two varieties of chocolate made with cacao pulp. We’ll make a smoothie with cacao pulp, try a truffle made out of cacao pulp ganache, and even have the opportunity to open up a cacao pod and try the fresh fruit yourself! We can’t wait to share this experience with you!
