We’ve teamed up with Alt Bar to put together a fabulous Zero Proof Cocktail and Chocolate Pairing!

AltBar is a non-alcoholic pop-up bar & bottle shop that creates experiences centered around sophisticated cocktails without the booze. Owners Meg and Bob Hartman craft high-quality beverages with non-alcoholic alternatives and provide opportunities to create and share memories that you’ll remember! For this event, AltBar will teach you how to craft two non-alcoholic cocktails, one with a spirit alternative and one without. Laughing Gull Chocolates has taken these amazing creations and artfully paired them with two chocolates each. Using ethically sourced chocolate, Laughing Gull creates complex and decadent treats that offer unique experiences when paired with these cocktails. Allison and Rebecca from Laughing Gull will be there to walk you through the pairings while sprinkling in their vast knowledge of cacao, the chocolate making process, and the unique offerings of Laughing Gull.
