We love this Friis Holm bar that highlights the complexities in the nature of cultivating cacao. We love educating people on the many steps that cacao beans take to come into a bar of delicious chocolate. Each step affects the final flavor profile of the beans and thus, the chocolate! The berry-forward acidity in this bar is balanced with a little extra sweetness.
